A SEDONA WEDDING BENEATH THE RED ROCKS

There is something so special about a wedding that lets Sedona do what Sedona does best.

Jenna and Derek celebrated their wedding at the beautiful Amara Resort & Spa, surrounded by towering red rocks, lush greenery, and the most incredible views. They brought us on for two-month coordination, allowing us to step in during the final stages of planning, bring all of their details together, and make sure everything they had envisioned came to life.

A QUIET MOMENT BEFORE THE CEREMONY

One of my favorite moments was their first look along the creek. Tucked away beneath the trees, away from their guests and the excitement of the day, Jenna and Derek were able to share a quiet moment together before their ceremony. Jenna's floral veil was such a beautiful detail, especially with the sunlight peeking through the trees.

BENEATH THE RED ROCKS

Their ceremony took place on Amara's lawn, with a circular wooden arch dressed in vibrant florals. The arrangement was filled with oranges, soft pinks, yellows, and touches of greenery, bringing so much warmth and color to the natural surroundings. With Sedona's red rocks standing tall behind them, there really wasn't much else the space needed.

A CANDLELIT RECEPTION

For their reception, we added candlelight throughout the tables to bring another layer of warmth and romance to the design. Gold taper holders, delicate votives, and their personalized Mr. & Mrs. signage complemented the colorful florals beautifully. As the sun went down, the entire space transitioned into the coziest outdoor dinner beneath the string lights.

One thing I love about Amara is how much the atmosphere changes throughout the day. You get those incredible red rock views during the ceremony, the soft golden light during cocktail hour, and then an intimate, candlelit reception once the sun sets.

And while Jenna and Derek had already put so much thought into their wedding before bringing us on, our job was to make sure they could actually enjoy it. We spent those final two months coordinating the moving pieces, finalizing the details, and ensuring the day flowed the way it was supposed to.

From the emotional moments before the ceremony to the last candles being lit at dinner, this was such a beautiful reminder that thoughtful coordination can make all the difference.
